Capel Street / Lower Ormond Quay

A flagship refurbishment of a protected structure and key building on the river Liffey with views to City Hall. We are at the early stages of this project and have appointed Specialist Conservation Architect James Kelly of Kelly and Cogan to undertake the complex task of leading the refurbishment works for our various projects on Lower Ormond Quay. We see this sunny south facing part of the river as a vibrant and under utilized addition to the life of our city whose time has come again.

Recently acquired by Danoj Developments this building has been heavily modified and altered throughout its history. In need of structural attention and piecing together to see what has happened to it over the last 100 odd years. Watch this space.
