Lower Ormond Quay

Facing directly south to the sunshine this building could contribute much more to the commercial, residential and street life of our city for the next 50 years and beyond.  Having just taken possession after acquiring it along with its neighbour No 5 we are working with James Kelly, RIBA Accredited Specialist Conservation Architect to explore its history and consider plans for its better use.
