James’s Street
Danoj Developments obtained planning permission for three apartments and a new cafe at this infill location between two protected structures. The project envisages a new roofscape with south facing terrace for a top floor apartment that looks out to the Dublin mountains. At first and second floor the principal historic rooms are to be rebuilt with new generous outdoor balconies to the rear large enough to properly enjoy the spectacular views over the Phoenix Park and Liffey Valley from this elevated position at the back of the Guinness Brewery close to the heart of the Liberties in Dublin 8.
