Blessington Street

This project was identified early on as a game changer for this wonderful street. It provides an unselfish model for good housing that considers both the needs of the owner and the new occupants who can spend many years living and enjoying the georgian proportions and exquisite and carefully selected finishes brought to bear on this flagship refurbishment.

A fresh way to look at Dublin's north inner city building stock in a way that secures it for another few generations. Many of these buildings were magnificent examples of our building crafts and traditions. The intervening social and economic depravation have not been kind to them. They can contribute to the life of our great city and provide the best possible homes for those who want to live in the heart of the city.

50 + 10 years

Fifty years of commercial use as a motorbike repair shop and almost a decade of vacancy caused by the fall out of our economic meltdown.
