James’s Street

A 200 sq.m development that concentrates on bringing to life the period details for inspiring, bright, warm and naturally ventilated office space. Working with our own team of tradesmen and other specialists this building is now complete and currently serves as the new Dublin office for the Oaklee Housing Trust who are instrumental in providing much needed social housing throughout Ireland.

The building was paired around 1900 with adjoining 133 James's Street forming the business of Patrick Brady, Grocer, Wine and Spirit Merchant. Today it continues its commercial use.
